Hi,

my new build with 7800x3d is running pretty hot at 50 C idle and 81ish C with cinebench mark or under load. My AIO coolant temp doesnt fluctuate at all it stay at 33 C no matter the fan speeds. Putting hand on radiator i feel warm air but not hot air.

my aio is h150 corsair 360mm

I have tried re pasting multiple times(posting pic of my last paste) but its still doesnt make any difference. Any ideas? appreciate any help

It's not hot, it's just about right for that CPU. Where and how is radiator mounted ? You may have some paste too much but that shouldn't matter. Benchmark programs tend to push CPU more than most applications and games so start monitoring while using your most demanding SW/games.

More like, 'pretty cool'.
Ryzen 7000 is very bursty under low load by nature. That's part of why they're so power efficient.
That 50C is an average, and doesn't specify which cores are active.

so are my temps normal? i see regulary my cpu hitting 70ish during normal processing (loading up programs etc)

Mine's about 25c at idle and 75c under heavy loads, but I'm using two 360 radiators. Go into bios and in the advanced section turn on PBO to advanced, negative value and set to -30...most of these cpu's will boot there. If not, raise the cores up in increments of 5 and try again. I would not tolerate a idle temp of 50c in anything.
