New ASUS 1080 Turbo for $450, thoughts?

Planning to build a gaming desktop soon, and saw this deal. Can anyone provide some insights about this card, tried looking online but was mostly met with reviews on the Boosted Clock version that's open air, and not the blower model.

How is this with temperatures? As well as anything else of note (whether good or bad).

It is a lower end 1080, but still an excellent GPU. The blower cards are typically a little louder than non blower and it may not OC quite as much. But you are looking at less than 5% fps difference between it and any other model 1080.

With that being said, it may be smart to hold off a month or so as these cards could be really cheap when Nvidia releases their next lineup in August.
