New budget build, help !

Hey, I'm looking to build a new computer primarily for gaming and 3D applications such as Maya, as I'm starting my second year in a 3D animation and special effects course at university. I'm looking to spend no more than £450, but even cheaper is obviously much better, I'm a student!

My main problem at the moment is deciding on a good-but-cheap motherboard (around £75) to work well with the parts I have already selected. I'm pretty set on everything else, but any recommendations that don't increase the price are very welcome.

Thanks they look great, but whats the difference between the SE and SE2 for less than an extra £2 ?
