[SOLVED] New Build - any conflicts/improvements you can recommend please?

Hey all,

I develop augmented and virtual reality apps, use 3D Modelling tools like Maya and Adobe like Premiere or Photoshop. I'm looking to make this build, can someone please shed light on any conflicts or improvements you can recommend please:

You might want to bump the psu at least another 250w.

Nice build but as @Bob.B says, I would get a 1000W PSU not a 750W. The 3090 Ti card you have there is a 450W GPU not a 350W like 3090. That means you've got 241W for the CPU and 450W for the 3090 Ti. That gets you to 691W before you've added the board and whatever else is hanging off it.

Hey there,

You haven't factored in transient power spikes with the 3090ti. They can be huge. You might consider a 1000w+ to be sure there is enough clearance. The power spikes can go up to 600w alone for the GPU. Now this is only for a split second, but it's likely the power spikes would trip OCP/OPP on the RM and cause a restart.

A I000w PSU is the "minimum" for that set up. Think it would be wiser to consider a 1200w unit.
