New build computer powers on, beeps, but no display. Please help...

I finally put my whole new build together. The computer powers on and beeps but nothing shows on the screen. The mobo also came with a disk and I have yet to install it along with my windows 7 oem. I've never done a build before so I'm clueless what to do from here.

My base components are:
-GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3V LGA 1155 Intel B75 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
-7850 2gb gpu
-A560 Cougar psu
-4x2 ram
-2120 cpu

Yup. Went through that list and I've done every step.

What kind of ram do you have? You tried connecting the monitor to the video card and taking the video card out then connecting the monitor to the mobo?

As in connecting the monitor to video card? I have the video card plugged into the mobo and the mobo plugged into the monitor from a port like this: http://www.tr.tcu.edu/images/ReconnectPC16.jpg

Its very frustrating. The computer beeps once. If I plug in my keyboard the lights light up on it. All the fans and everything else works just no display.

Power down then connect the monitor to the video card and try that.

I don't have that blue port on my video card though.

If it didn't just take your video card out and connect the monitor to the mobo.

That might be the issue. Let me have a look around my house and see if I can find something that'll hook up to video card...

I just looked in the box... and I found that vga to dvi . You have honestly made me so happy because my computer is working!!! Thanks a bunch. One more question ould you happen to know how I can get windows 7 oem on my computer w/ out a dvd drive?

That's good to hear You can't use the one from the computer you're using now. If it's a laptop or someone doesn't want you taking their pc apart you could buy one cheap $16 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151256
