[SOLVED] New Build - CPU and GPU LED’s turn on, but the PC itself doesn’t

It’s kind of weird. This is my second build ever and once I finished plugging and and putting everything together, I hit the power button and the LED’s for the CPU and GPU started but their fans didn’t. The case fan also didn’t start. I plugged the PC into a monitor and wasn’t surprised to see nothing on the monitor. I can’t tell what the issue is.

I have a Ryazan 7 2700x, an RX 5600 XT, and an ASrock B450M PRO4 mobo put inside a Phantex Eclipse P350X. I can share pictures of where I plugged everything in.

I’m also not sure if I put this in the right part of the forum.

Try to check your RAM modules. You may need to re seat them and mount properly.
