I just build a new pc but the problem comes to the cursor is constantly loading, i don't know why but in my other pc it didn't do that. it did but when i open a new game or something heavy but not when my pc is on idle.

I have checked the task manager to see what causes the pc to load but when the cursor loads the cpu is at between 4 to 15%, 1 SSDs and 1 HHD are at 0% and the ssd where the OS is installed is at 1% or 2 %. The cursor is constantly loading even when I'm just watching videos

the specs are:
ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero LGA1151
i7-7700K
MSI GAMING GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
Corsair Hydro Series Cooling H75
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G3, 80 Plus Gold 650W, Fully Modular
1 SSD OS
1 SSD Games
1 HHD Backup of files

In the bios the only thing what i enabled was the XMP profile for the ram and enabled the virtualization thats all

I don't know but did i do something wrong when i build it? or i'm being paranoid over nothing.

Have you tried unplugging the other SSD drive and HD to see if maybe a previous configuration like perhaps a graphics driver or older driver on the other drives are messing with your current configuration?
Biggest thing is to first remove other drives and test the OS drive see if it happens with that drive.
Next I would reset your bios.
Disable any optimization settings in bios.
Might be pushing power limits with your current build. And I7's have a thing about auto-optimizing itself so I would do those things in order.. remove the other drives and play games on the same OS as the SSD is on and not separate everything out. Use an external drive converter for access to spare files. Just test. You could have some drivers arguing around.
Also RESET BIOS. And make sure NO BIOS OPTIMIZATIONS ARE IN PLACE. Seriously disable everything. You want your CPU to take some more load, maybe your card isn't taking enough. Play games on higher settings and see if that fixes it too.

I'll try it. one more thing is 4 days ago i updated my graphics card drivers (thinking that was the problem)but i had a problem with the installer. it always got stuck on removing physx. What i did to complete the install was restart windows in secure mode and install the drivers.

OHH.
OKAY.
NVIDIA GEFORCE EXPERIENCE MIGHT NOT BE WORKING FOR ALL PEOPLE. Just letting you know. Had this issue with my bf's PC. We had to manually download the actual driver from the website without using geforce experience as it would not properly update after windows updated. This fixed it permanently. Make sure your driver is actually really installed. My bf's was stuck in like May's drivers due to Windows. My friends had this issue too. Use DDU then download the actual drivers from nvidia for your card and not use geforce for the install.

I don't use Geforce experience. I always download the driver from the website 😀

No, I didn't. I use the option that the driver gives me to make a clean installation from the driver :/

Try using DDU for a clean uninstallation

Now i tried everything unplug 2 of my drives and just pug one, but that didn't fix it. Then i reinstalled windows 10 again it didn't. I tried everything I don't know what to do now. I think I'm gonna leave it here. The pc doesn't lag so its fine. Because my other pc it didn't do that(cursor loading every 2 o 1 minutes) . Maybe is a bad component but I dont know.

Thanks for the help guys.

Do you think if i update the bios can maybe fix it? or the bios doesn't have nothing to do with my problem?
I didn't upgrade my bios when i build the system :/
