We are about to build 2 new PC for media production Studio
(Photo Editing - Video Editing - 3D Character Animation - Audio Mixing & Mastering)
(( .. No Gaming .. ))

* Working Softwares..
Maya - ZBrush - C4D - Adobe Lightroom - Photoshop - After Effect - Premiere - Avid Protools)

** Lately (more than year ago) we have some problems from AMD gpu's while using Adobe Lightroom)

** Minimum twice or triple × thunderbolt 3 for Audio Interface & Rendering Network

** Recommendation for perfect Color Callibrated Monitors

Dual 2K ... for Photo Editing (27 to 28 inch)
Dual 4K ... for Video Editing (27 to 32 inch)

** Does M2 helps a lot in rendering ??

** Silent case & Cooling system is a must

** Recommended internal hard drives for storage (live a lot with critical files)

Thanks in advance,

For any memory intensive application, productivity, the quad channel memory offered by 7900X is better than dual channel memory of 8700k.

But I would say it again, cpu won't usually cause you any instability. I would suggest you to look up at ryzen 1950X I initially posted. Try contacting the customer support to query them.
