New build, help with installing drivers

I just upgraded my pc and i dont have the cd's to install the drivers for the gpu and mobo. What can i do?

Get them off the mobo manufacturer's site. Same for the video

And depending on what you mean by upgrade, if you changed cpu and mobo, you should do a clean install

If the hdd had an OS on it from another system

Okay im on their websites now, as of right now though, they arent detetcted in device manager.

System should download generic drivers from Microsoft automatically to at least get you limping along. To get hardware specific drivers and most current bioses, you'll need to check the manufacturers' websites. Do you have any specific hardware that isn't being recognized in hardware manager?

my gtx 1060 isnt there

Just download the Geforce experience program and it keeps your gpu up to date automatically.
