Ok I was running on an old ibuypower laptop and that died not that long ago so i ordered a new one which was pretty much a copy of the $1000 system builder build. I start it up and it doesnt post or display anything

I've tested it every which way. It powers up everything turns but it doesnt post or display anything
CPU gets hot
All my fans start
All my lights turn on
Harddrive starts
CD Rom works
Graphics cards start
tested my ram

And when i couldn't figure it out i had my brother look at it he majored in computer science and he couldn't figure it out
Any help would be most appreciated . :D

Just figured it out. I used the top PCi for all my tests and then just for fun i put one in the bottom and it worked fine! Although im not sure if its a primary/secondary or a the top ones broken thing.
