Hello again, hopefully someone can help me out

Juste rebuilt my pc with the following components:

Gigabyte B365m Ds3h
i5-9400 core
Thermaltake smart 500w PSU

When I turn the power on all fans work but it won't get past post and then reboots and starts over forever. It stays on a good 30-45 seconds before restarting. I never get anything on display and monitor is plugged in directly to mobo.

Could the ram I have not be compatible with this motherboard? :

2x Gb micro 8 GB DDR4 UDIMM PC4-2133/2400MHZ

When I check out the specs on the Gigabyte site for this motherboard it says this next to the ram

Dual Channel DDR4, 4DIMMs

Should the ram I have work and could this be the cause of my problem?

Thanks so much for your help!

i5-9400
Supported memory: DDR4-2666

2x Gb micro 8 GB DDR4 UDIMM PC4-2133/2400MHZ
Modules like these are only guaranteed to work as Single Modules and may not be compatible together.
Yeah I changed the ram for a compatible pair, but it's still not working. I read somewhere it might be the bios that's F1 instead of F2.. But I don't see a way to update the bios without the system not properly booting, sincerely stuck now
