Here are some answers to questions for my build:

Approximate Purchase Date:
Within the next 3 wks or sooner…

Budget Range:
Approximately $900 to 1000 but am willing to go cheaper or more expensive for right reasons.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Light gaming for example Lord of the Rings online and some video editing and surfing.

Are you buying a monitor:
No I do not need monitor

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:None preferred

Location:Raleigh North Carolina

Parts Preferences:None

Overclocking: No I will not be overclocking.

SLI or Crossfire: Don’t know what this is so …probably not.

Additional Comments: I would like to incorporate the M2 memory if I can. I already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Buying:: Building computer for family member for light gaming (LOTR), surfing, little video editing, and homework. Want it to boot up fast, case to take up small footprint and generally be a fast computer.

Solution
i have this part of the build but i was not sure on the video card........

System Builder - Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core, Define Nano S Mini ITX Desktop - PCPartPicker

(hope this comes through already)

This is fine, and I believe the video editing uses cpu power, so you're good in that area.

$250 for the GPU... The prices I see on part picker are very inflated lol. 1660 Super or Ti should be around $250, get one of those. You'll see RTX 3050 come out for $250 ish soon. So you could wait for that, you'll need to buy Intel instead which is a slightly slower cpu for the same price. Also you might need a cooler depending on your temperatures, and might not. If you do, Arctic...

LOL 350 for that card... No way.

That card isn't worth over 150-200 and I think that's the msrp lol you're getting looted do not buy that.

If you do, Arctic Freezer 34 esports duo is a great one, only $50.

That PSU is a red flag.

EVGA - SC ULTRA GAMING NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card $299.99

for some reason this graphics card

"EVGA SC ULTRA GAMING NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card Black/Gray 06G-P4-1667-KB - Best Buy "

is not listed on pc part picker from best buy.....no worries ...thanks for the link.

Question: again, i am not a gpu expert or anything but this seems like a really nice one....right?
That's a decent card ... for $100 more the new RTX 3060 Ti does circles around that card but its not expected to hit the shelves en masse for another couple of weeks and it requires a 600+ watt psu.

dont think i need such a good gpu for now...........however, i was wondering what psu you would recommend if i got the gpu mentioned the evga ultra. Would you still get a 650W or would a 550W be good enough. i guess planning for the future in terms of upgrading is good but do i really need 650W........

Three things

I have heard of ryzen stability issues with LPX ram. However I do not know uoe much merit they have. I would prefer Ripjaws or Trident z

Instead of the crucial P1, buy the kingston A2000. P1 is qlc, A2000 is tlc

That PSU is op. If you wanna save some cash, you can get an RM550x instead. No problem with that, just if you wanna save cash yiu can get get this
