I just built a new pc and am having issues with my display. A couple times per minute my screen will go black for a couple seconds and then come right back on.

I tried buying a new display port cable, but that didn't work. I confirmed that refresh rate is correct. I turned Gsync off and nothing changed. What else do I need to try?

Cpu: 9800x3d
Gpu: PNY ARGB 5070ti
Motherboard: x670e tomahawk
Ram: gskill 6000 cl28 2×16
Monitor: LG 27GN750-B 240hz

New build.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (new, used, refurbished)?

Did you use only the cables that came with the PSU.

Motherboard: Some motherboards require that the first physically installed RAM be placed in a specific slot - generally DIMM_A2. Check the motherboard's User Guide/Manual

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Verify by sight and feel that at all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place. (Leave the CPU alone.)

With a new build no one wants to force anything. So what may feel connected is actually not fully connected.

Methodically unplug and replug everthing a few times. You may discover that something just seems to go into place much more smoothly and firmly.

Double check everything.

After doing some more testing I'm pretty sure it'd graphics driver related? When I roll back the graphics card for thr 5070ti I no longer have thus issue..but the computer also can't locate the gpu so it's running off the integrated one. I've tried reinstalling the newest graphics driver from the nvidia app, but then the issue comes back. Thoughts?

What is the source for the GPU drivers?

Directly from the manufacturer's website?

No third party tools or installers.

Keep in mind that just because a website URL includes the GPU manufacturer's name that that is no guarantee that the website is actually that of the manufacturer.

What driver versions were installed and what was the source? Link?
