Budget Range: Under £800 preferably

Do you need to buy OS: Windows 7 home premium (I have windows 8 on my laptop and I prefer 7)

Location: UK
Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: No
Need help selecting mobo, as I'm not sure if it worth getting a Sabertooth Z77 for the build I am doing.
Also looking at a fan control panel (Not sure what they are called, due to the amount of fans in the Haf x and noise levels is a concern, but I'm not really that fussed about that, unless it sounds like a jumbo jet.)

Additional:
Avermedia Live Gamer Hd C985 Pci Express
So I can record my Xbox 360.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my build and thank you in advance for replies.

Edit - System Usage from Most to Least Important: Live streaming games from Xbox 360, video editing, photoshop, pc gaming.

paying way too much for motherboard drop down to an ASRock Z77 Extreme4

*BUT* you are doing video editing and photoshop you should up your CPU to an i7 it would be better than an i5 when it comes to Hyperthreading.

Up RAM to 16GB

The PC you built is... well its just bells and whistles to be honest.
The overpriced motherboard and case make this PC very imbalanced.

Take a look at this build

It is a LOT faster.
The only real sacrifice is that it features a rather generic case so assembling it will won't really be fun.And it's cooling performance is suboptimal but that can be fixed by adding a front fan.
I reccomend this one
