New build, need help

I'm going to buy a new PC in the near future and have been googling for a couple of days and come up with these three different builds and would like an opinion on them, also wondering if I would need an CPU cooler other than the one included with the CPU?, Thanks in advance

Case: Thermaltake Core V21
PSU: EVGA SuperNova GS 550W 80+

Build 3
CPU: Intel i-5 6600K
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170N-Gaming 5
Ram: Kingston 16GB(2x8GB) HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 MHz
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX
PSU: EVGA SuperNova G1 650W

Avoid the H110 motherboard. Too many limitations.
The GTX 970 does not perform as well as the new Radeon RX 480 which costs far less.
You need a 500 - 550 watt psu
