Just build my new pc and when i turn it on the fans are spinning but i get no display. Im using an a320m motherboard , ryzen 3, gtx 1050 ti and 8gb ram stick. Im connecting the pc to a tv via hdmi since my monitor only has vga and my graphics card doesnt have vga.

Usually to get a display, you need to plug the TV / monitor into the graphics card. Your monitor should have come with a DVI Cable, which looks very similar but is usually white. At that level, that is the standard fro 1080p 60hz, or even a HDMI might be good there. If you are plugging it into the motherboard, it often won't work, as shown here. You may have to get a new cord, either DVI or HDMI

My monitor only has vga and my gpu has no vga, but thats not the problem. I just want to boot the pc and i tried it with hdmi on my tv with the cable being pluged in the gpu and i get no boot screen. So could it be the tv ?

This is a very simple mistake, but is the TV set to the correct source? I know alot of TV's have multiple HDMI ports, have you selected the right one? When using the TV normally, does the display work then?

I believe the pascal architecture may not be behaving well with older screens. Have you made sure 100% that the new GPU is placed in correctly and all the way in? It is a common problem. Other than that, I don't seem to know what could be causing the issue. Someone with more expertise is probably going to be able to answer this more aptly. Im sorry I couldn't help dude
