Hello all.
A couple of days ago I built my first PC. When I try toopen run it, the PC will start but it shows no display on the monitor & after some re-attempts, it seems that the keyboard & mouse also get no power when the PC starts running. Although, fans of CPU, GPU, etc... & motherboard LED lights, seem to work normally.
After many attempts of disconnecting/ reconnecting the hardware, for some reason when I reconnected the ram for the 1000th time (to the same ports, recommended by the motherboard manual) the PC did start normally ( display on the monitor & everything was operating normally). I installed Windows 10 & then I turned off the PC to install an extra HDD. When I tried toopen run my PC again, I had (and still have) the same exact story. No display on the monitor, keyboard & mouse not working.
Also, my motherboard has PSC (Post Status Checker) and it also indicates a dysfunctionality in dram. When the PC started normally PSC didn't show any dysfunctionality.
Some extra notes:

Some extra notes:
- My monitor worked fine in my old system & I also tried a 2nd one that I know works fine & still nothing changed (and change of cables).
- The monitor cable IS connected to the GPU port & not the motherboards.
- I'm sure the ram sticks were installed properly every time.
- I'm sure the monitor IS on & not turned off.
