msi b85m-p33
Intel I5-4440 Processor BX80646I54440
Kingston 4GB 1600MHz PC3-12800 DDR3 Non-ECC CL11 DIMM SR x8
ASUS 2GB GDDR5 HD7770-2GD5
Thermaltake 700W ATX12V v2.3 and EPS12V TR-700

So I've already tested the video and power supply against similar working parts, replaced the motherboard (RMA'd), took out one module and tested each of a dual pair by themselves, tried different monitors, changed monitor cables, seated and unseated reset switch and power switch plugs...just to name a few. Still no post, no beep, no display. Everything spins up, lights up and system just wont display anything. I've maybe built 50+ systems and never had problems like this. Real head scratcher.

No beeps. I'm not sure this particular board gives any beeps to begin with though.

No speaker is connected and the speaker plugin you linked a pic of didn't come with it. But, like I said, this board doesn't appear to give beeps. Odd I know but the original and the replacement do the same thing. Are you aware of whether this board even has beep codes? I'm not and cant find info on it.

So I don't have a speaker to plugin to begin with. I get that without a speaker it doesn't beep but these boards didn't come with any additional mini beep speaker for error codes. Neither the original or the replacement, both of which are full retail boxed MSI product. So it doesn't appear to have onboard speaker nor did it come with a speaker plugin. This has been part of my issue the entire time. No beep codes to narrow down problems outside of trial and error and replacing parts with known good parts.

Alright. My thought is buy a new memory module and see if that is the problem. Can't imagine getting two sticks at the same time that are bad from Kingston but weirder things have happened. I also cant imagine getting two bad mainboards in a row but knowing bad boards come in batches that could be it. The least likely is a retail boxed Intel CPU bad out of the box.

Thanks a ton for your time Alex.
