Question (New Build) No POST, no fans, no display with new 40 series build.

I'm building a new PC for my wife as a Christmas gift. It's a classic story of everything going great until it's time to boot it... On boot I hear a click like everything wants to turn on, but I get no fan spin, nor display.

I've tried HDMI out from the board and the GPU with nothing. Holding DEL to try to get into bios, but still no display. Have updated bios from USB using Flashback (seemingly successfully). Have also ensured the power button on my case is working fine (using an alternative boot method).



Specs:

Motherboard: ASUS TUF B550-Plus Wifi II

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600

GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 4060

Mem: Corsair Vengence RGB Pro 16GB (8x2)

PSU: GAMEMAX Rampage Series 850W PCIE



Couple notes:

1. MOBO has a light that lets me know there's at least power coming to the board.
2. Still waiting on storage to ship (SSD), so I've tried booting with no storage and with an old SSD I had laying around.

Any help is much appreciated. Would love to get this thing running before Christmas... Thanks!!

The motherboard has an RGB backlight that is just looping RGB when the powersupply is receiving power.
