First build in long time. Things i have done. Safely ground myself out. Gently and attentively lined up cpu and installed. Used factory stand offs and confirmed it was raised off the case. Confirmed ram in priority 1 and then 2 with no dif in results. Reset cmos per mb manual. Confirmed all plugs fully inserted and fans in cpu 1 and 2 slots. Tried both gpu and mb video ports to diaplay. Removed gpu same results. Removed ram and recieved error beeps. Installed ram again for original fully running fans leds and h100i led activity yet no beeps no post no signal.

"The mb only has a hdmi out" - "I suggest testing different port on the graphics card"
"Also as i said above i recieved beeps but only when ram was uninstalled. "
I guess that the system does work, but there is a problem either with the cable, or the monitor.

Self solved.

after above the next viable troubleshoot was to completely disassemble and then bread board test the components. Doing this i found about half of the cpu motherboard pins to be bent in the direction facing opposite the pivot point of the cpu clamp....yes this peeved me. First because i was to impatient to check the cpu housing pre install. Second because i didnt breadboard test before full install and lastly wtf due to a cpu only having one proper way to be put in and then its a simple push the lever down and done. So how did this crap happen really? I know for a fact i placed my cpu as instructed to per manual including leaving the plastic piece on until it popped out. Smh pc building at its finest.
