Hello everyone! I really need some smart people to help me. So this is the problem i have old system that i have been using for 2-3 years but i wanted to switch my old intel cpu to a new amd cpu with some new ram and ofc a new mother board .

The problem:
everything starts up in the pc, i can get into the bios and i can see that the pc booted up because all my rgb got set to my preset and i can hear sound from my headset so the pc is "on"
But the display outputs nothing, it detects that there is something just black screen and i had sometimes a small white line from a console or something. What do i do, also there are no red lights on the mobo because the pc booted up just no display

Specs:
Amd Ryzen 5 7600x
Asrock a620m pro rs
Pny 2x 8 gb ram sticks
3060 rtx 12gb
Normal 550 sv corsair power supply
Nzxt case

What i tried:

Moving the Ram to different slot and just putting 1 ram stick in
Updating the bios, did nothing
Re install the cpu nothing

I would be extremely thank full for the person that could help me

what the old system?

just the csm not saving or any settings?
better to do a fresh os install.
The old system had a 5 gen i5 with ddr4 and a older motherboard, but i replaced all the parts

No settings are saving

Fresh install because of drivers?

Normal 550 sv corsair power supply
what is the actual model?

never seen SV series, but the VS series was known for problems.
i can hear sound from my headset so the pc is "on"
hear what?
just the OS jingle; couple notes upon load?
when i boot i dont have display
have you tried a different display;
TV, monitor, etc..?

where do you have the monitor connected;
GPU HDMI, DP | rear I/O HDMI, DP?

you don't understand the issue is not you don't have display, the issue is your windows not working.

sjonnies Hello. Just to be clear, in the BIOS you can see the option to enable CSM (disables UEFI), you then select to exit and save the BIOS changes, and when it resets (reboots) you're brought back into the BIOS, and CSM is still disabled?
