Graphics Card - EVGA GTX570 x 2 or equivalent. (With two different monitor resolution I read something saying 1 570 will run really hot. -thats why im thinking about two)

Im not sure about the Motherboard / Graphics card(s). Anyone have some suggestions? Looks like ~$700 without the video cards. Should I run two 570s or go for something else? Im not sure about overclocking either.

I also picked up the PSU.
Is there something Im missing with this build? Is there really a huge advantage to buying an I7 if Im not overclocking? Im looking for a compatible Motherboard with the I7 but there are so many choices. Anyone have any recommendations with SLI'd 570s? Should I look for a different MB/RAM/GPU combo?

I would never buy anything that had the name "Rosewill" on it..... looks like you bought the best specs you could find on each item but skimped on the PSU.

2600k offers a minuscule advanatge to the gamer .... in general, 2500k will OC higher than 2600k due to extra cores in use w/ HT. Of course you cab turn this off but then why spend the extra $85 for the 2600k

Why Z68 ? Read this and see if any of these things benefit you ....otherwise, don't rule out P8P67

Tall heat sinks and anything over 1600Mhz will produce little advantage in gaming, save the $ and invest in GPU. The tall heatsinks do absolutely nothing and are just there to "look cool".

Two 900 Mhz 560 Ti's will get ya 862 fps in Guru 3D's game test suite for as little as $410

11 fps for $200 .... don't think it's worth it being that the 570 is a poor overclocker and the factory OC's 560's w/ the bigger coolers and more robust voltage regulation easily go to 1000MHz

Yep, 2500K for sure. With 2 560 Ti's, you'll be fine with a TX850W or similar.

is the artcile about different resolutions and the 570 heating issue. Orginally, I was planning on only 1 higher end card and running SLI at a later date.

As far as the rosewil PSU, Do you think I should return it and just grab another? Are there products really that bad? The reviews were alright, 4/5 eggs.

As far as the MB's (Thanks Jack, the article helped)
The Z68 uses transcoding programs that arent really used right now. So I shouldnt go after that type of MB. The only one that seemed viable with my SLI setup would be the P67 chipset. Am I correct in my assumption? Do you recommend any P67 MBs?

You'll probably be fine with the Rosewill, but "probably" doesn't really cut it when it comes to PSUs.
Do you mean Quick Sync? It's a pretty useful tool. Z68 is basically P67 plus a couple of features, and it doesn't really matter what you get. Read up on Quick Sync a little.
