Looking to build a new setup for gaming and online classes. Already own a 3060ti and 6700xt to use for graphics card ( might use both to mine in the same build for the time being )

Any thoughts on this list below ? Fairly certain I want to go with 12600k 0r 12700k, 1tb os storage, 1tb game storage, 2x16gb ram, enough psu watts for 2 cards. I'm up for suggestions on anything left out ( like cpu cooler, etc ) and also suggestions for things that may be better value than what I have included in the list.

Thanks y'all. Appreciate the knowledge 🧠

Do you think it's worth going with an aio vs fan cooler for 12th gen cpu's ? I've never used them before

Is 3600 cl18 the sweet spot for ddr4 ? Also, how do you rank nvme in terms of what's important to least important variables ( storage, speed, etc )

Yes, that should be around the sweet spot, but fortunately Intel is less sensitive to RAM speed, so you wont feel the difference unless it is drastic. The reason for that LPX kit is for its low profile with same performance as other brands/variants, along with its height being compatible with full tower coolers like the Dark Rock Pro 4, which is well known for its cooling performance. Other similar kits usually have heat spreaders and then you have to adjust for height and find matching kits, which are rare by the way.

NVMEs with DRAM cache should have generally better performance due to its shorter response time. Other significant factors are NAND type, layers, R/W speeds and NAND brand and controller(less important). You can use this guide for reference, although its not perfect...
