Question New build posting issue

Hi there, I have recently built a new system and I can turn the pc on, it will power up and get me to the mobo splash screen but pressing f2 or delete does not let me into the bios? I also have the green boot led on and also the dram light is on. Any help would be great!

PS. The only parts brought over from my old rig are a 250gb ssd and a 1tb hdd

Mobo: Asus strix X570-F
CPU: AMD Ryzen x5600
GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1060 6gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance rgb Pro 16gb 2x8 3200mhz
PSU: Corsair TX750M

try disconnecting your storage drives, can you get to BIOS now?
