How do people feel about Corsair vs. Seasonic. There seem to be alot of quality complaints about Corsair at Newegg.

A few Corsairs, including the one you linked to are Seasonic on the inside, and people mostly love 'em
It's definitely overkill for the OP's specs, the CX430 would be plenty

Yes you'll be fine with the CX430 and a GTX550 Ti. Nvidia recommends a 400w or greater PSU with 24Amps on the +12v rail, the CX430 has 28 amps on the +12v rail

I think they both should be okay, but Corsair and Seasonic are better quality, and will probably perform better. Since the PSU is extremely important when building a computer, I would go with the Corsair TX650V2.

Woah overkill. You should be looking at around 400-450W.

Either of those should be able to run upto a HD7850.
