I'm going to build my first PC as I heard you can get potentially a better build for cheaper.
Here is the specs I want to go for: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/YungEb_/saved/MxqNzy

Question 1: Will the stock cooler be enough for gaming whilst having other applications open in the background?
Question 2: Will I be able to install a 1TB HDD alongside the 1TB SSD I have there?
Question 3: Are those specs good enough to run games like GTA 5, Squad, Insurgency Sandstorm, Warzone at 1080p with a good amount of FPS?
Question 4: Anything else you guys suggest me adding or changing or anything I need to build it as not only is this my first PC I will build but this is my first ever PC.

I'm planning on purchasing the parts via eBay, Amazon and Facebook Marketplace. Any scams/tricks I should be looking out for?

The stock cooler is acceptable.

Yes, you can install both drives, and more.
I suggest you download and read, cover to cover the case manual.
Many questions will be answered there.

On just gaming, 16gb is fine.
But, if you add in chrome tabs(a ram hog) and others, buy a 32gb ram kit up front.

I think it is good insurance to buy a Non F version of the processor in case you have graphics card issues.

Your processor is capable of using a much stronger graphics card which you may want in the future.
You might go for 750w or more.
A psu will only use the power demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
Seasonic is a good brand, but the S12III is a bit dated.
Look for a unit with a 7 to 10 year warranty.

If you buy on ebay, look at the seller feedback carefully.
Read the description carefully.

On a first build, stick with a good retailer.
If you get a defective part, you have recourse.
Just quickly, I'm changing the PSU. Would the
Aerocool Integrator MOD XT 750 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply work?

From your PC to the router, 4 options. Descending usefulness....

  1. Cat5e ethernet cable
  2. MOCA, with coax cable
  3. Powerline devices
  4. far far behind....WiFi
" too far away from the router" ?
How far?
I'm going to be putting this monitor in the a new house I'm moving into this year and I believe the router is on the first floor. I'm on the third floor... I'm going to be using this house with 4 other university students so we will all be using the internet heavily so I need something to boost my connection lmao

I won't be able to use an ethernet cable for my pc as I am too far away from the router so do you suggest I get a wifi adapter?
That Asus board in your link has a M.2 Key E slot for this kit in the link. The Amazon link gives you more detail on what comes with that WiFi kit.

And with multiple other college people, all on WiFi....be glad you get any connection at all.
