Hello I am planning on making a new pc new these parts and would like some thoughts and advice on it perhaps ways to get better quality and price on them. Note that I am trying to go for a theme as well.

MotherBoard: X99-A II -$250
GPU: GTX 1060 Dual 3GB OC -$380
CPU: Intel Core i5 7500 -$270
Case: Noctis 450 - Midnight Blue -$180
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 -$330
CPU Cooler: Cryorig H7 CPU Cooler -$55
Fans: Corsair Air Series SP120 Performance Edition PWM Twin Pack -$40
Total: $1505

I already have the HDD and SSD so I won't be needing new ones and also Im not sure on what Power Supply to get if anyone could tell me one that is white that would be great if not any that can power the pc for a good price would be nice C:

And also would I need to open the menu to select the drive that is use for booting the computer when putting everything together?

Are you trying for a theme with mostly white accents?

I can't find your case listed, so you can add that if you like. This should do what you are looking for mostly but I'd recommend if possible, and I know graphics cards are insane right now so not much you can do about that other than what the budget allows unless you can bite the bullet and invest a bit more, that you try for a 6GB 1060 model at the least. That should offer a little better performance but you gotta do what you gotta do so if that's not an option, then it's not.

That's hilarious. 1500 dollar system with Corsair CS power supply. C'mon man. Honestly, you can do better than that if you're going to skimp, at least do it somewhere other than the power supply. That system wouldn't be likely to make it though the year with that unit powering that system.

Plus, you haven't the foggiest idea if those components, especially at those prices, are even available wherever the OP happens to live. That's why it's generally prudent to at least wait until you have some kind of regional information to go off of before you start spitting builds out hoping for a BA.

What makes sense in one region, may be twice the price or even totally broken, due to lack of availability, in another. I promise, if he's from someplace like Australia, which he well might be with 330 dollars for a 16GB memory kit, that whole build is likely broken.

Im from Australia and yes its mainly just for Gaming, the budget is around $1,500AUD maybe a bit over if needed. I read the other comments and the i5-7500 is not compatible with the motherboard, is there a CPU that you would recommend that can handle higher end games like the upcoming Monster Hunter Worlds, Hunt: Showdown etc? If not maybe a White motherboard that is compatible with this and is at a reasonable price?

500 would be more than enough, 600w would give you lots of options for overclocking and upgrading.

450w is enough for a GTX 1060. 550w gives you a little more breathing room though, plus puts you squarely in the most efficient percentage zone for most power supplies at 60-80% of the total capacity. It also allows the PSU to stay quiet a lot longer, and it is unlikely to be continuously above the level at which it would be likely to react aggressively with the fan speed. A 450w unit running at 80% capacity for an extended period is likely going to be running full fan for the duration of your gaming session. A 550w unit, if it's a good one, will be far less likely to need to do that, which means it will be quieter overall.
