The PC will mainly be used as just for normal day to day things however I will be watching blu-ray/hd movies and I will be streaming movies to the tv. I'll also have a lot of programs open at once... programs such as MYOB and other accounting programs (excel etc) I won't just have accounting programs open... I'm not much of a gamer but I might play black ops, battlefield 3 and FIFA 11. And I expect not to buy or upgrade any components for the PC for 3-4 years because I don't have the money to keep upgrading parts... Also I won't ever overclock my computer, because I believe they will downgrade my components. I don't want a huge electricity bill and I'd want a modular power supply. I also won't ever go SLI or Crossfire.

My budget is $1,500.00 AUD. I also know thats a lot for my build, but if you could you can suggest better specs for a cheaper price, but not loose performance please do. Will all the components below work well together?

I'll be purchasing the parts from http://pccasegear.com/

Yes it is all going to work.

If you are never ever going to overclock then it might be worth your while just getting the non-K edition or the i5-2400 depending on whether the saving is significant.

Tall heatspreaders on RAM are unnecessary and are just likely to cause issues when installing aftermarket CPU coolers. I think it is likely that the Vengeance will fit with the Hyper 212 Plus, but you can save money in the process of getting a set without such tall heatspreaders:

G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CAS9 1.5V F3-10666CL9D-8GBXL $59

I also think it's possible to save money on the motherboard if you're not going to overclock, nor ever add a second card.
You could go as far down in price as these two depending on which chipset you want:
Asus P8P67-M Pro B3 $135

Asus Z68-M Pro $142
