Approximate Purchase Date: Not sure probably at least a couple of weeks.

Budget Range: $2500-$3000

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, media watching, and some coding for school.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes was the main reason for this whole rabbit hole ive got myself into.

Parts to Upgrade: CPU, Gpu if going with the minimal upgrade route (Aorus B450 pro Wifi says that with a bios update it an support new CPU's so can find a cpu that wont bottle neck) , If not then probably a full replacement CPU, GPU, Motherboard etc. Power Supply is a Cosair Rm850x (2021)

Do you need to buy OS: No
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
Newegg, Microcenter

Location:United States, New York

Parts Preferences: Looking for Amd if possible.

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: Upgrading to 2560x1440p

Additional Comments: Honestly main point of indecision is because of all these motherboard problems and deciding between getting a Motherboard with DDR5 capable is worth it, Dont care for playing games on max settings just want them to look good at probably hid mid and decent frame rate, but still would like a GPU with the option to push it higher if need be.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading:Was looking to upgrade to a 1440p monitor.

For higher resolutions and high graphic settings, GPU is most important abd CPU just to be able to follow action.
What CPU and GPU do you have now? R7 5800x3D would be a great upgrade that can be enough for any GPU.
As far as DDR5 is concerned, all by itself is not as important as it also means changing to a newer and more potent platform which is going to be actual longer.
