Question New build, want opinions :)

I have just come up with a little bit of cash and decided I will make a new PC with a few old parts, so far I have gotten hold of 32gbs of memory for Free and a 3070 for a cheap price I have gone on Pcpartpicker and picked these parts for it, I am keeping my old power supply but it does say it might be an issue, missing a 8pin. please let me know your thoughts on this before i purchase and missed or could get something better

Is it worth getting 64GB RAM new? maybe try the 32 see if I need 64 later on?

Noted, I have added it and it has also gotten rid of the 8-PIN problem

Do you see anything wrong with e CPU I am looking at?

You can go AM4 with a 5700X3D cpu but 4 sticks of RAM might be a problem for stable operation.
