CPU:Ryzen 7 7700X
CPU COOLER: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE CPU Air Cooler, Dual Tower 6 heat Pipe

I noticed this weird sound coming from what seems like the cpu air cooler or at least in that area and it's not super loud but it's loud enough to be kind of noticeable.

here it is ^. It may be a bit hard to hear
It doesn't really sound like a rattle noise, maybe more like a vibration? It's kind of hard to tell. It seems to be noticeable when im playing games because right now as im typing this I don't hear it at all. When I do hear it, it doesn't seem like anything is wrong and all the temps are normal and everything is running fine. I'm just wondering if this is something I should worry about and need to fix and if I do need to fix this how would I go about doing this. It also hasn't been a full week since the pc was built so it is a new pc. please and thank you. Also this isn't a constant thing either, it seems to make the noise periodically/every now and then when im playing. It goes on for a bit then stops and then repeats again a bit later

It's very difficult to hear from the video, it's not something I would worry about. I've had odd intermittent sounds in my machine before. Took a long time to pin point where it was coming from, however in my case, higher fan speeds or high hard disk activity would cause the bottom dust filter to vibrate creating an odd noise throughout the case. I was able to determine this was the cause by removing the dust filters one by one.

Most obvious explanations to me are:

1) Fan is vibrating slightly, possibly against the heatsink.
2) Fans facing the wrong direction creating abnormal noise.
3) The fan just sounds like that, it's normal.
4) It's not the CPU cooler itself but a vibration elsewhere.

I tend to think it's very light fan blade contact with something, possibly fins of the CPU cooler. First thing to do is pin down exactly which fan it it is: when you're hearing it lightly touch the spinning hub of fans in the vicinity to see if the noise changes.
