New built pc doesn't beep.

Hello guys. I built my first pc and the motherboard only beeps without the RAM, when I put it back it no longer beeps. I'm using this:

Msi B250M pro-vh
Intel pentium G4560
G.Skill Aegis DDR4 2400 PC4-19200 4GB CL15

It doesn't display video. (I'm using a TV as monitor and the IGP, no gpu)

The EZ DEBUG leds don't show me anything.

I've read that new mobos don't beep when they boot correctly, is that true? Because that would mean the problem is the tv or the cable (VGA yo HDMI)

Hi,
It's the tv, indeed. It might not work until installing Windows and the graphics driver. Try borrowing a monitor for that.
