New Built system help with Bios settings for SSD and OC

Ok so ive just bought the parts and built my new pc

I opted for

i5 2500k 3.3Ghz (Ive managed to get this up to 3.6Ghz by changing the multiplier in the Bios 100 x 36)
I have a 60GB Agility OCZ SSD
8GB 2 x 4GB DDR3 @ 1333Mhz
Gigabyte motherboard PA65 UD3 B3
550W PSU
2GB GTX550 ti
Freezer 13 Pro Cooler

I have read I should have changed some setting in the Bios to AHCI (there are two settings, that I can change)? Do I need to reinstall windows to benefit?
What other settings should I change to increase the over clocking to about 4.4Ghz?

Edit: I also updated the BIOS to the newer bios (F version?)

Scrap that im taking the motherboard back and getting the Z68 chipset
