Question New Computer - VGA Light & Boot Light On | No Output

Hello, I have just finished building my computer, everything is plugged in and ready to go. But when I turn on the computer, I get the VGA Light and after a few seconds the Boot Light.
My specs are:
MB: Rog X870-A
GPU: GTX 650
CPU: Ryzen 9900x
RAM: Trident Z Royal 32GB DDR5

I would like an answer asap as I am very excited to get the computer running.

Extra Notes:
There is no output, so I can't access BIOS/UEFI.
Everything is seated correctly.

I looked online on other forums with the same problem, one person said the case was shorting out the motherboard and I really hope that's not happening to mine...
