New CPU! any reccomendations?

I am going to buy a new CPU soon.

I bought this Mobo I have now so that I could upgrade to an AM3 CPU

Asus M4A785D-M PRO
Socket AM2+

Currently using a:
AMD Athlon X2 5400 2.8ghz: OCed to 3.3Ghz 1.55 volts

Any suggestions?

Cooling and power are not an issue, since im using:

Cooler Master V8
Cooler Master RealPower Modular 520 watts.

Depends on your budget; frys has the 945 phenom II for $140 this week with board; a few days ago, they had the propus 620 with board for $59.99 after $10 rebate, which may have been their best deal ever.

That is a nice CPU. or so i've heard,

but im actually looking more into the quad - phenom 2 range.

I could afford any of the models, just don't want to spend more than necessary.

Live in Bahrain right now, and getting my grandfather to take CPU over from The Netherlands.
