New CPU/MB Upgrade Ideas

I am going to upgrade my gaming rig but I need help!

Currently Running:

Q6600 2.4gHz CPU - socket 939
8gb RAM
GTX 460 (HIS i think)
Gigabyte MB

Was thinking of building a SLi set up with a new GTX 460 if its possible, cant seem to find any for sale...

New CPU and MB is what I am thinking is most affordable and necessary as the CPU seems to be my bottle neck right now.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or rethinks. Thanks for all and any help!
Budget is 300-600 bucks. Less is best!

Your CPU and GPU are both relatively dated.
Also is your RAM DDR3?

The CPU is one of the best for gaming at the moment, and the motherboard will support SLI.

This is a great solution, thanks a bunch to all the help from everyone! I think I will follow this lead. Anyone have ideas to offer along this line? I like the price for the triple upgrade. Thanks again!
