Just put the cpu in socket.install the heatsink and attach 4pin cpu connector and that's it. It is true that you can't overclock that cpu with b75.you need z77 mobo
One guideline i would have, dont use the heatsink/fan that comes with it if your case has poor airflow and/or your room temp will often get above 25C. the cpu will overheat under full load, the stock cooler is a piece of crap.
Make sure you are grounded while handling the cpu as it could be damaged by static. Touch the inside of your computer cabinet or wear an antistatic bracelet while handling the cpu.
