New Desktop/Mini PC based on 4770R?

Hi, does anybody know of any Desktop/Mini PC based on the processor Intel 4770R?

From what I could find the only ones available are:
Gigabyte Brix Pro
Zotac EI750

And accordingly to the reviews both can be very noisy.

Why specifically the i7-4770R chip?

I like the reviews and chips with comparable performance usually cost more. The GPU Intel Iris Pro Graphics 5200 looks pretty good too for the occasional gamer.

But if you can recommend a Mini PC (or reasonably small Desktop) with performance similar to the ones I mentioned, you're very welcome.
