Approximate Purchase Date: next week I'd like to buy everything except video card and additional memory, which I'd like to buy in the future.

Budget Range: below 700.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: programming and gaming.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: I only have an HP 23-b003 all-in-one so I think I should sell it instead of trying to use its parts. I have an even older desktop from which I could save the case, the power supply and the hd storage, but I want to see a full build as if I didn't have those things to upgrade them in the future.

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon

Location: Málaga, Spain

Parts Preferences: no preference

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Additional Comments: I would like a quiet PC. I'd like to have separate storage, with the ssd needed for the operating system, and a large hd for files, movies, etc. I may want to upgrade the amount of ram memory to 64 gb in the future so tell me some cards that would fit. I want to be able to open and clean the case easily. I use eclipse, android studio. I'd like to play Tomb Raider or Call of Duty MW3. I want it to have at least 3 usb (at least one of them 3.0), hdmi, headphone/microphone plug, a fast wireless network adapter, a wired network adapter just in case. I need a link to see how to mount the pc and configure operating system and documents in different storage. I'd like some way of maintaining the power supply for a couple of minutes when the lights go out.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I was trying to edit an 800 page word and it kept freezing every time I changed it, so I thought it may be time to upgrade.

What build would you propose.

I've taken a look at second hand components in my city and I've seen this listed, tell me if it would go fine with what I'm looking for and if so how much would you offer for it:

280€ Motherboard + CPU + memory

It's just tree parts, how would be a complete build using those parts, I'd like the case to have enough room for 4 x Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (1 x 16 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory.

This is the build I've come up with with some second hand parts I've found near my area, I still haven't bought them:

I will end up using the case, power supply, hard disk and wireless adapter from my previous desktop.

Then the maximum amount of ram I could have is 4x8 = 32? Well it's fine, I just wanted to have room for improving it to 64 gb over time. I'll get the names of the other pieces.

I've taken my old PC apart and it has a Raidmax case but I can't see the model.

<a href="https://ibb.co/m6MHjnR"><img src="https://i.ibb.co/m6MHjnR/20190413-205802.jpg" alt="20190413-205802" border="0"></a>

It has two fans: one in the front and one in the back. It has an Intel CPU cooler fan.

It has a 550 W power supply, the brand I think is Power and the model LC6550 GP.

Hard disk is very low capacity. I haven't found the Wifi Adapter it had.

In the end I've bought a RX-580 8Gb because I'll use this computer for gaming and CPU demanding tasks and for everything else I'll use my laptop, so not worried about energy consumption. I'll use them with the same monitor. Is there a switch I could use to change between them?

I'm only going to buy the motherboard, wifi adapter and thermal paste for now and leave the rest for the future. In which order would you buy the rest of the components?
