I asked you to clarify exactly which of his numbers weren't actual power draw and how you know that. It's a simple question. It should have a simple answer.
And I did, but you are the one that has to muddy the waters and repeat yourself over and over until you skew everything so far that nobody cares enough to talk to you anymore...

These are TDP settings and I know this because no intel CPU ever has used all of the TDP for a single core result.
What did I reply to that started this?!
Ikjadoon stated these as real numbers for power draw at single but they are just TDP settings, and as I said before I'm not even saying that the actual numbers are lower

i7-1265U in Cinebench R23 Single
15W - 1600 pts
20W - 1658 pts
28W - 1761 pts

Not to mention that the site itself says it:
"After all our tests so far, it is evident that Intel’s P-cores currently have an advantage compared to AMD and Apple in terms of raw performance. However, the Core i7-1265U (4.7-4.8 GHz) requires around 21 Watts for the full single-core performance, while the Core i7-1255U (4.5-4.6 GHz) is a bit more efficient at 17-20 Watts. If a device does not manage this power level, the single-core performance is not better compared to the current AMD Ryzen 7 6800U or Apple's M2."

How is it that everybody has to tell you the same things a million times and you still try to make it out as if they didn't?

Okay, so you have no direct proof of your original claim and you back this up by trying to make an incorrect statement about mobile CPUs based on desktop processors. Here's Intel juicing a single core well beyond the TDP (up to 50 W for a single core, in a 15 W-rated mobile CPU):

That's my point, exactly. You didn't give a simple answer because your claim is unfounded. So, instead, you try to muddy the waters.

Not to mention that the site itself says it:
You're confusing power-efficiency with performance.

How is it that everybody has to tell you the same things a million times and you still try to make it out as if they didn't?
Distracting from your unfounded claims by attacking me won't make them go away.

If you provide a clear and well-founded response the first time (or don't make unfounded claims, to begin with), we wouldn't have to go back and forth.
