[SOLVED] New Gaming and workstation-ish build

Hi guys,
I am looking to build or buy a new pc very soon, as my current system has died. I am currently looking at 3 different systems, 2 custom built and 1 prebuild. could you guys give me any advice on which system to buy? thanks/

All of these options arre around the same price: 2500 NZD or 1650 USD
I live in new zealand, so I am only going to buy from here for warranty sake.
Could you please advise me on what I should get. I have no experience building pcs, but have plenty of friends that have. thanks everyone.

Edit: Also is overclocking the cpu and or gpu worth the waranty void?

Ryaen 3rd gen. does not have too much overclocking headroom, so I personally do not consider it worth the hassle. You can try if you want. AFAIK, OCing is usually covered in warranty these days. Might vary between products though.
