Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range: £500-£1000 but can go above that if needed for what I'm after with the build.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the net, watching YouTube and Twitch content.

Are you buying a monitor: No.

Parts to Upgrade: CPU, CPU cooler, Mobo, RAM, Full Modular PSU, Case, 2 NVME SSD's (One for windows and one for Games), Case Fans.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any.

Location: England.

Parts Preferences: No preference.

Overclocking: Maybe (Probably just use the automatic overlocks you can pick from in XMP etc)

SLI or Crossfire: No.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080.

Additional Comments: Would like to build a pc that can run FFXIV at a consistent 144fps at 1080p smoothly and be able to surf the web, watch YouTube, Twitch content at the same time on my other monitor. I'm also open to the idea of maybe going prebuilt if I can find one that offers what I'd be after.
I'm reusing my 1660ti in this new build as GPU prices are crazy right now. I would like a black and white theme with a clear side window or windows on/around the case, would like to go for a clean look with least amount of wires as possible and preferably good air flow, quiet, good cable management and dust filters and wouldn't mind any kind of white lighting effect inside it.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My PC is like 6 years old now, currently using an i5 4690k, 8gb(2x4gb)1883 mhz ddr3 ram, gtx 1660ti and a none modular PSU. Inside my case is cable mess everywhere and dusty as hell. My FPS when playing FFXIV isn't very consistent usually getting between 40-110 fps but I'm never able to hit 144fps on it which i'd like to be able to do smoothly and consistent. If I ever try to surf the web, watch YouTube or Twitch or pretty much try to do anything else on my other monitor while gaming it makes my game I'm playing quite laggy and not very a pleasant experience .

Thanks.
