New gaming rig

I'm planning to assemble new gaming rig.Here's specs,Just want to make sure all parts are compatible
1).Intel core i5-3450 3.1 GHz
2).Asrock Z77 pro 3 LGA1155 MoBo
3).2 X 4 GB Corsair vengeance DDR3 1333 MHZ
4).XFX ATI HD 7850 2 GB DDR5(I will play BF3,Assassin's creed 3,Metro,Crysis 2 & 3 at 720p and think it should be enough)
5).Coolemaster elite 311 plus cabinet
6).coolermaster 500W PSU

And second thing
a)I want to use my current HDD as I don't want to loose my Tally and Xcel data so can I use it on new system(currently I'm having Gigabyte GA 945GCM S2L MoBo with Pentium 4 3.0 GHz,Win XP SP3)

And (b)I want to add 1 more 1 TB HDD(for storage hunger games)with windows 7 64-bit
So in short can I use 2 HDD on one system with different OS?(And how to do this?)

1.My budget is around 1000$ (approx 60000 INR)
2.I live in Mumbai,India
3.No
4.simply not at all(don't want to throw extra bucks on new gpu,fans,cooler,heatsink etc.)
