Question New gaming rig

Hey fellas. Like the title says, I believe it’s time for an upgrade. I’ve had the same rig since October of 2019. I have Ryzen 7 3800x with RTX 2080 Super and 16GB of RAM. I plan on playing 4K @60 fps and looking in getting the new RTX 5080. I am not sure if my old Ryzen needs to be replaced or if I need 32GB memory. I really appreciate your advice. Thanks.
