Thank the lord got it working, pretty much had to do the following:
1. Windows USB from microsoft must of been corrupted
2. Installed fresh Win10 Bootable media from Microsofts website onto external USB drive I had
3. Had to use DISKPART from CMD to clean and convert from MBR to GPT my m.2 SSD
We are finally in business. Thanks all
