Question New Geil Z3 1TB SSD: write speed drops from 500-550mb/s to 3-30mb/s when it's 40-50% full or more ?

As stated in title, i noticed that games started lagging/crashing, after some checking i found out that SSD write speed is around 3-30mbs, and after some more checking, i figured out that its only this low when storage is about 40-50% occupied, when its lower than that, the write speed is around 500-550mbs. Could this just be a bad SSD or maybe i should RMA it, or maybe there is some other problem causing it.

I am currently using 4 storage devices - one 500gb m.2 nvme and 3 sata ssd's, which 2 are biostar 256gb and 240gb, and they are working completely fine.

My PC specs are:

Gigabyte B450 Gaming X
Ryzen 5 3600
AMD RX 5700
2x8gb Kingstone 2666 mhz
Falcon 750w PSU

Something is wrong, even with it being a SATA cacheless ssd, I would hope it suddenly doesn't drop that much speed just because its half used.
