New gpu and psu installed but my hard drive isn't working.

I just upgraded my gpu and psu and it turns in but my hard drive doesn't spin and it says no map found.

The psu is Corsair VS Series, VS600, 600 Watt (600W), Active PFC, 80 PLUS White Certified Power Supply https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MXM83A3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_2reVzb115NH4B

And the gpu is a 1070.
