I Just got myself a new GeForce gtx 1070 (OC) (8gb) and I have connected it to MY Asrock H97 Pro4 (a old motherboard). When I plugges in my power cable and started up my PC, all seemed well, fan was running, lights were shining and so on...but than, the fan Just stoped, S.O.S

Solution
I believe those cards only turn the fan on when it gets above a certain temp. If you download MSI or EVGA's tool to monitor your card. If it's getting over 60c and no fan, you have an issue.

Solution
Just a heads up, you can change the minimum speed using either of the 2 programs I listed. I would recommend 10% fan for anything lower then 40 degrees. It helps keep the vram and PCB board cool.
