new gpu not performing well

i recently got a gtx 650 ti and i am getting some terrible performance in games like far cry 3 and
battlefield 4. i saw some benchmarks online and they are not supposed to run so badly.I have cleaned my old drivers and installed the latest driver but the problem is still unresolved

What's the rest of your system? It could be a CPU bottleneck if you have a bad or low end CPU. It could also be just a bad card. What settings are you running those games at?

i have a i3 2100 and i play in 1600x900

i run at med high which should be no prob for my gpu

i also noticed that my gpu load does not go above 70%
