PC Specs:
i7 9700k
ASUS TUF-Z490 Gaming Plus WiFi
24GB RAM
450W PSU
GT 1030 - GTX 1650

Issue:

I replaced my GT 1030 with a GTX 1650 from my other PC. All the parts worked at the time and the computer ran perfectly when I tested it. A couple months later I went to use it and it is saying No Signal whenever I try to connect to a monitor. All the LEDs still come on and all the fans run.

Also, just to be clear, the gpu with issues is the GTX 1650, right?

So you had a system with a GTX 1030, you took a GTX 1650 from another PC you have around your place, replaced the GTX 1030 with it and worked fine. Then you didn't use the PC for a month and now the PC+GTX1650 are not showing anything on the monitor?

Did you plug the monitor to the GPU port and not the motherboard, right?

At this point neither GPU works but yes i plugged it into the GPU.

Do you own any other PC where you can test both GPUs?

Have you tried to run this PC without the GPU?, The i7 9700K should have an integrated gpu, just need to remove the gtx 1030 or 1650 and plug the monitor into the right port on the motherboard.
